Minimum 14 years of education (Graduation) is mandatory for participation.

Minimum one year of service in any government or private institution is required.

Institution directors can participate as players, provided they are officially recorded as owners or shareholders.

Beautiful festival will be organized at Sheikhupura Cricket Stadium during December winter holidays.

Only teachers will participate in the league with arrangements befitting their dignity.
